Shotgun Start (shuttle leaving The Arizona
Biltmore Conference Center entrance at 9:30AM).
Cost: $170. Includes: Greens Fees, Roundtrip
Transpiration, Continental Breakfast, Carts,
Luncheon, Beverage Cart, Prizes. * You must be a
conference attendee or spouse to play in the
tournament*
Hotel Accommodations
Arrangements have been made with the Arizona
Biltmore Resort and Spa for participants to
receive a preferred rate of $260 per night. To
take advantage of this special rate, please call

by August 31, 2010. Please inform the agent that
you are attending The Lodging Conference 2010.
Please note that registrants must make their own
travel and hotel accommodations. You may reserve
your spot at the hotel only after you have
registered for The Lodging Conference. Reserve
early, space is definitely limited. In the event
that you have to cancel your hotel reservation,
you must do so before September 10th.

Cancellation Policy
Should you be unable to attend, a prompt
refund less an administrative charge of $195
will be made for cancellations received in
writing before August 14, 2010. No refunds will
be made thereafter. Credit vouchers may be
applied to any future The Lodging Conference.
Substitutions may be made up to 24 hours in
advance of the conference. The program and
individual speakers are subject to change
without notice.
