Arrangements have been made with the Arizona Biltmore Resort and Spa for participants to receive a preferred rate of $275 per night. Please inform the agent that you are attending The Lodging Conference 2008. Please note that registrants must make their own travel and hotel accommodations. Cancellations
Should you be unable to attend, a prompt refund less an administrative charge of $195 will be made for cancellations received in writing before August 14, 2008. No refunds will be made thereafter. Credit vouchers may be applied to any future The Lodging Conference. Substitutions may be made up to 24 hours in advance of the conference. The program and individual speakers are subject to change without notice.
