The Lodging Conference 2020 has been postponed

What's Included: The individual Lodging Conference registration fee of $2,295 includes full access to the General Sessions, Think Tanks, 3 gourmet meals a day, refreshments, cocktails, networking events, documentation materials provided by speakers, a list of attendees and access to Lodging Connect, our online networking and communications system (your travel, accommodations, the golf tournament and hiking and biking excursions are not included).

The Lodging Conference 2020 Golf Classic sponsored by Sandman Savrann will take place at the Wildfire Golf Club at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge for the morning of Monday September 21st. You must be registered for The 2020 Lodging Conference to participate in the golf tournament.

The Lodging Conference is pleased to present Lodging Conference Connect. This portal, sponsored by Wells Fargo Bank, will allow you to send messages to Lodging Conference attendees, gather information, and make appointments before and during the conference. This portal can be accessed from your smart phone, tablet or desktop computer, but of course, you must be registered for The Lodging Conference to take advantage of this powerful networking tool.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS: Arrangements have been made with the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa, Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Hotel, Cambria Hotels, The Holiday Inn Express, The Residence Inn, The Courtyard by Marriott and Springhill Suites for participants to receive a preferred room rate. You may reserve your spot at these hotels only after you have registered for The Lodging Conference (there is a three-night minimum at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort).

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: If prior to July 24th, 2020 you determine that you are unable to attend the conference, your options are as follows: All refund or credit requests must be sent in writing in to: info@lodgingconference.com prior to July 24th, 2020.

1) You may receive a registration credit to the following years Lodging Conference, in which case no cancellation fee would apply

2) Transfer your registration to a colleague (you may do this without any fee prior to two weeks to the conference. If less than two weeks prior to the conference there will be a registration transfer fee of US $200). Substitutions may be made up to 24 hours in advance of the conference and may not be made onsite.

3) Request a refund less an administrative charge of $195 (if your original transaction is more than 120 days from the date of your cancellation notice, it will no longer be able to be refunded back onto your original credit card, but rather a refund will be paid to you via check from The Lodging Conference). All refund or credit requests must be sent in writing in to: info@lodgingconference.com prior to July 26th, 2019. No refunds or credits will be made thereafter.

Conference registration is transferable with written notice to: info@lodgingconference.com. Please send an email with the name of the person who is currently registered and please indicate the name, company, title, address, phone number and email for the person you would like to transfer your registration to.

If the conference should be canceled for any reason, registrations will be rolled over to the rescheduled conference at the sole discretion of the conference producers.

If any part of the conference program should be changed or cancelled, the conference hosts are not responsible for covering airfare, hotel, or any other costs. The Lodging Conference suggests that delegates purchase event insurance to cover prepaid, nonrefundable travel expenses such as airfare, hotels and conference registration fees in the event of flight delays caused by severe weather; illness or family emergencies; and other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from attending.

At The Lodging Conference, we care deeply about the hospitality community that we service. As we move ahead with the preparation for our 2020 event, please feel rest assured that The Lodging Conference is very mindful of the concerns raised by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and we have placed the utmost importance on implementing measures at our events that will ensure the health and safety for our event attendees, sponsors, exhibitors, staff, and operational personnel. We are currently evaluating every aspect of the conference experience and will be instituting new processes to comply with social distancing and health & hygiene recommendations of the public authorities and health & safety experts, including, but not limited to the following areas: - Registration Check-In Process - Meeting Rooms - Exhibit Areas& Exhibit Set-Up - Meals & Receptions - Agenda Structure and Flow of foot traffic. Responding effectively to this new environment is a shared responsibility and for the health and safety of yourself and others at this year's Lodging Conference, we will be requiring all attendees and staff to wear a personal protective face covering throughout the conference. Due to the fluid nature of the COVID-19 health crisis, we will continue to closely monitor the situation and be in constant communication with the venue, and national & local authorities. RECORDING AUTHORIZATION: By registering for the conference you hereby release the conference hosts, partners and employees, contractors and agents, the photographer/videographer and any other associated vendors from any and all claims or liabilities for any photographs, video and/or audio record taken for marketing or distribution to conference attendees and the general public.
